5. Prior bookings will be confirmed only on full payment.

6. Cancellation of a confirmed booking will be charged @ 25% of the total amount
up to 1 week prior to the booking date. There after there will be no refund. Change
of date is not permissible once the booking is confirmed.

7. Pick up and drop services will be free for guests staying in the tree houses for
minimum of 5 days or more from Coimbatore airport or Mysore city. Guests staying for
shorter duration of time will have to pay the pick up and drop charges.
